What We Look For
- Commercial-service experience
- Proper licensing for the trade and jurisdiction where required
- General liability and workers’ compensation coverage as applicable
- Professional technicians and service vehicles
- Reliable communication and documentation
- Before-and-after photos and clear job notes
- Ability to work within approved scope and NTE limits
- Fast response to dispatch and scheduling requests
- Emergency/after-hours capability is a plus
- Experience with ServiceChannel or similar FM platforms is a plus
